Hi, I’m Christian! I’ve listed my policies here for you to give a read before booking 🫶🏼✨ ⭐️ A $20 deposit is required for all services and will be charged at time of booking. For the remaining balance that will be due during your scheduled appointment, paying cash is highly encouraged but card may also be taken with a processing fee. Please bring exact change as i wont always have change available. ⭐️ Deposits are non-refundable and are 100% applied to the services booked. ⭐️ Face masks are NOT required, but, if you are sick please let me know before your appointment so we can make arrangements. I do want to provide the safest experience for my clients and myself and ensure the least possible amount of exposure to any unfavorable conditions. for this reason also, no guests are allowed. ⭐️ No call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service booked and will not be allowed to book again. If you have future appointments booked, they will be canceled as well. ⭐️ Cancelations/rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours from your scheduled appointment. Anything less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. im very understanding and easy to work with so try to message me in case anything comes up! ⭐️ Late policy: i have a 10 minute grace period, if you arrive between 10-15 minutes past your scheduled appointment then you will be charged a late fee of $15. Anything past 15 minutes you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of your service. again, im super understanding so if you're having any trouble on your way over here feel free to message me! ⭐️ There are no refunds on any service. ⭐️ Please come in with clean lashes (no eye makeup, residue, etc) for maximum retention. ⭐️ If you wear contacts please come with your container/glasses. ⭐️ If you are looking to book outside my working hours I do have an after-hours fee of $25. For this option, you will have to message me with the time you are looking to book so we can make arrangements. ⭐️ feel free to come dressed comfortably and bring any sort of heating packs, blankets, pillows, etc. to ensure you have the most comfy experience possible 🫶🏼 Thanks so much for booking with me, I can’t wait to lash you!💌Business Hours
